Koffo Cloth atau Kain kofo adalah kain tenun tradisional Sangihe yang terbuat dari serat pisang abaka, dalam bahasa Sangihe disebut koffo atau hote; tanaman hote ini dikenal juga dengan nama Manila Hemp. Pengrajin tenun tradisional kofo disebut mengangahiuang, proses menenun disebut mengahiuang, alat tenun disebut kahiuang, kemudian kainnya disebut kahiwu.
